9 Months Old!

Nine months, come and almost gone. I know you get tired of hearing it, but I really can't believe it is going by so fast! And just as all the other months were the best, this one is even better. Hard to believe that that could be possible, but it is! Izabella is just so happy and sweet! She really is so much fun!

Spending time at Grandmother and Grandaddy's house

Right now she has 6 teeth! She has been grinding her two front teeth again, so I guess she is about to get another one! She is a fabulous eater! A few weeks ago Chris and I were on our way home from his dads house and decided to stop and eat supper at a small Mexican restaurant. We decided to let her try something off the menu and ordered her a chicken enchilada. She loved it! A lady that was sitting at a table beside us even comment on how impressed she was. Since then, she has tried lots of new food and is enjoying it. If we are having it, she wants it! Even better, she loves food that she can feed herself! She is getting to big to fast!!!!
Look at those teeth!!

She is still crawling everywhere and pulling up on everything. She tries to get anything and everything that is in her reach. A very curious little girl! We are actually surprised that she has not started walking yet. We really thought she would since she started pulling up at 6 1/2 months. I figure she thinks, well I can get everywhere I want to by crawling, who needs to walk?! She really and truly has no interest in walking at all! Which is actually fine with me because I know that once she starts, I won't be able to keep up with her!!

Last week when it was so pretty, her and her daddy went to work in the yard. She seemed to have a lot of fun finding the dirt and mud in the trailer. By the time I got to where they were, she had dirt all over her face! I guess this starts the two-a-day-bath-days! She sure was cute in her little hat though!

She loves to dump all her toys out, of course!

Izabella is 8 Months Old!

Izabella is 8 months old, and once again I can't believe another month has flown by! She just seems to get cuter and of course masters something new all the time! What fun she is!!

Is Izabella really 8 months old?

Another month come and gone, and yes I still can't believe it is going by so very fast! She is growing so fast and I am just amazed all the time at what she figures out and what she remembers. She is so smart! Of course what would you expect? She likes to put on a show, a true ham! I have a video of her playing and talking but have to figure out how to reduce the size before I add it. It is so cute! She just talks and talks and talks! It is getting harder and harder to pick out pictures for slideshows because she just gets cuter and cuter. I didn't think that was possible, but have figured out it is! :)

8 Months Old!

We made our first trip to the Ft. Worth Zoo. We weren't sure how she would do, but she was great. Izabella could take or leave the animals, but enjoyed the day out in her stroller. We lucked out with a beautiful day. Chris enjoyed the monkeys and the elephant the best. I enjoyed looking at all the animals and took a ton of pictures, but will spare showing them on here! haha

Enjoying her day out!

Finally, the end! Boy was she pooped!

After our trip to the zoo, we went to see Barb and her family. We enjoyed a good dinner and good conversation. The best part for Izabella was when her sweet cousin, Reagan, gave her her stuffed talking Bob and Larry. She giggled and giggled when Reagan and Luke were playing with them. She has since figured out how to make Larry talk and gets tickled all over again! So cute! Thanks Reagan!!

Playing with her cousins Reagan and Luke

She has figured out how to dump all of her toys out of their basket. She thinks that is more fun and actually playing with the toys I think! She even found the box of dominos we keep on the fireplace. The box was made by Chris's grandfather so I have kept it out for "decoration". Well she found it, figured out how to open it, and discovered she loves chewing on them! Great teether I guess!

Something else she has learned is how to climb in her little chair. She loves to climb in and stand up on the back to see if she can reach anything she isn't suppose to! She will climb in and sit so she can watch cartoons too. She was so proud the first time she did it. But then she was ready to get out. She could not figure it out! I had to help her the first few times. But she finally figured it out on her own. It took her a while, but she decided to crawl out head first. Took her a few times, but she has it down now! She can manage to get in and out all by herself now!

I think that we are going to have a climber. She climbs up on the step of the fireplace now too. It isn't a very talk step, but she has figured it out. I have to be on my toe all the time! She would like to crawl in and out of the tub if she could get her leg up, just a little bit more! haha

This has been such a fun month! She is still eating well, sleeping throught the night still, learning something new all the time! Gets us excited to see what month 9 has in store for us!
